I recently repowered a Gehl 2500 with a 24hp Honda GX670 motor. Has anyone dealt with the throttle hookup on on of these conversions? Sep 21, 2019. #2. I'm in the process of repowering my 2500 with a Predator from harbor freight. I've read plenty of references where others have used the Predator. But I'm not sure how to handle the hydraulic pump bracket. It doesn't line up with any existing bolt patterns. I'm curious how others have dealt with the bracket with repowering?
The 1816 is an easy repower. Just need the correct size pulley on the crank. and then bolt an engine in. You may need to fab up mounts or a plate for the motor mount.
