We have over head doors on the shop and they are ok but a bifold would seal . They could certainly offer two cabs one with a roll up door and one with a swing . a panelized overhead door just requires a insulation kit or can be self insulated . Put a track similar to an overhead door with a set of rollers on the top of your .

Yet lots of people complained about how hard it was to get in or out of. It's still safe too, as the seat switch trips the hydraulic lock on the machine. Three overhead, one slider and one hydro swing. I wouldn't expect any of them to work correctly for very long without shoveling the snow away. I know a guy who made his own hydraulic door and it closes real quick and it seals really tight and is the easiest to insulate! That hyd door was 45' too so really nice and big. Hyd swing doors has a website. They could certainly offer two cabs one with a roll up door and one with a swing door, but so far no one seems wanting to do that.
