Spray pins with penetrating oil and tap with hammer. If that doesn't work try heating them with a torch and tapping with larger hammer. If you have to beat it lot use a piece of softer metal between the hammer and pins to keep from mushrooming them over.

Today I was trying to attach my new forks and I could not get them to work. I can see the main lock hose move when I try to lock them.Look at the area near the coupler valve at the back of the bucket. Then check the wires where that pass through the back at the lift arms and into the machine frame. They can get pinched and break when rubbed between the wires.I would first check to see if you have power going to the solenoid valve on the quick coupler. If there is no power there, be sure to test all your fuses and relays, but also do a thorough inspection of the wiring harness and connector pins for .
