Could the park brake be stuck on? it will casue the wheels to not move but allow the lift/tilt to still function. It also could be the motor or gearbox if fitted to that side. Are you sure it isn't a chain? they can snap and roll into a ball at one end locking things up pretty well
Sounds like my Gehl when the hydra-lock is engaged. Check your seat bar as it serves the same function as the switch and both lock out all functions. Drove my Gehl 4840 into the shop to put on the windows and door for the winter. When I got in to drive off, the lift arms and bucket work but the wheels don't move. I have a parts manual but not a service manual.
Gehl 4625sx will start but we can't move it. We believe the brakes are locked up. My Gehl 4635 DXT starts the engine fine but does not move. It does not go forward, backward, cannot lift the bucket,etc. I don't see any leaks no weird noises.
