As long as you don't exceed the towing specs for your truck you will be fine. Most 1/2 tons are around 7500lbs tow weight, that's the trailer with load. had a chance to actually do some work with the chinese excavator! it performs well, travel speed is slow, but it is not lacking power at all! for its size it has more than enough power to dig.
