It's weaker on the right side and from my research, at least from Bobcat skids, it seems the drive motor on that side is usually the culprit. It still works good but right side is slower to turn/steer or move forward, bucket hydraulics work perfect along with everything else.
If it is a drive motor, you could check your hydraulic filter for filings and pieces. Click to expand. that's next on my list is to change that filter and fuel filter, pull the wheels and inspect bearings I reckon.
