Hi everyone, wonder if anyone can help I have a Pel Job Mini Digger, that if you drain all the oil out of the hydraulic system the engine will start if I put it all back again it won't start. you would think it would be the other way round buts its not. anyone have any ideas what might be wrong. Hi I have a pel job mini digger in great condition that I decided to do up to sell. I thought I'll change the hydraulic oil. Whilst it was draining I started up the engine to move the arm in to empty to arms. The engine stopped and there was a bang . . Any one got an exploded view of a pel job eb12 hydraulic pump, put new seals in but may have put it back together wrong, need picture showing sections Forums New posts Forum list Search forums I bought an old Pel Job LB12 mini digger. Its old, its battered and rusty but it starts well enough, lifts on the blade and the boom/arm seems to do what its meant to. Couple of small leaks to sort out, the pre-warm doesn't work (add separate circuit for it) and I need to change the tracks to the slightly less worn ones that came with it too.
I have a Hymac mini digger which I believe is a re-bagged Pel Job EB12 or YGRY Y12. Did you find any manuals for these machines? I have the manual for the engine, but I really could be with a service manual and wiring diagram for the rest of the machine. Searched around for parts and there doesn't seem to be a plentiful supply. Saw 3 new Takeuchis going into Mervyns yard on Friday. Over the years I've used Volvo, Pel Job, JCB, Hitachi and Takeuchi. the Takeuchi felt a bit under powered compared to the others but may have just been that machine. Are JCB less popular in the mini digger world .

We recntly bought this digger, which is labled as a Volvo. However we think it may be a pel job eb10. We need to sort an oil leak on one of the tracks and our local friend fixer man has asked us to get him a diagram or guide to taking the tracks apart.
