I did an entire tune up and rebuilt the carb and now it runs great!! between what I paid for it and the parts that I put in it I have 00 dollars into this unit.The International Harvester 3200A Skid Steer Service Manual fits the Farmall | International 3200A. Anyway, are you sure its bad? Did he check the points? Mags are rather robust - but points do get a non-conductive film on them when engines sit. Also .It has a wisconson engine and has already been swapped over to 12 volts. The only thing is that the roll cage is missing from this unit.
