Wow, alot of hate in these comments above. I have an 70's deer backhoe and an AGT chinese mini. Both are more than enough for intense homeowner work. I bought the mini as a low cost toy and am impressed with what it can do. People are saying parts are a problem, but they are generally off the shelf universal parts that can be found on Amazon.
If you are getting fuel there is no reason for it to not start, you can crack the fittings on the injectors and crank, if you are getting fuel there you could have plugged injectors. First thing, ensure the stop lever moves across when the engine cranks.

It turns over, and black smoke comes out the exhaust. I checked . I hadn't used my 873 in a few months. Just went to start it and it's turning over strong but not even trying to start. Nice and warm outside today. Drained fuel filter; Opened air bleed valve & primed. Disconnected hose coming from fuel filter and getting fuel there when trying to start. Opened plug on fuel pump and get fuel there.
The only problems I've found is the M0116 code. Does this machine use a transfer pump to deliver fuel to the injection pump? Its either not getting fuel or there is something mechanically wrong with the engine. The code really bothers me as I don't know if the ecm will allow engine start with an air filter not connected code.
The line Bobcat gave me is clear and plastic which I believe is the issue as modern gas will destroy plastic over time. What is happening is the hose breaks just below the 90 on the top of the tank. They use a special clamp to fit into the tank hole the hose breaks off at the 90 and when you fish it out of the tank it is soft. I ran the skid steer from the garage to the barn to change attachments. I shut it off to disconnect the aux. hydraulics and then it wouldn't start - no crank, no click, nothing. I put the battery booster on and it still did nothing when I turned the key.
