The first thing you want to do is check all of your fuses by testing for power on both sides of each one of your fuses with the ignition switch in the on position replacing any fuse with power only on one side.swap your relays one at a time with a known good one for testing purposes. I'm not 100% familiar with Case but what you need to do is turn the key on so that your guages and such work but don't start the machine. Then move the auxilary hydraulics lever left and right to release the pressure.
