It is very hard IMO going from running an excavator, or backhoe, to a skid steer. I had a little bucking incident on one while packing down a dumpster. I stopped running steel blades about 15 years ago and stick with rubber to prevent damage to the plows. If used properly, it's very effective against everything except the hardest packed ice or snow.

In a decent size lot this sucks and remember I'm not talking flying at 20 mph I'm talking getting past 6-8 MPH its hard cause most of these tractors are between 30 and 50 Hp. Now a skid steer with two speed tranny! thats a whole different game fast, much more Hp. and much more control. Bottom line it has the power.
